As a Welcome from us until the end of April 2010, we are pleased to offer a complimentary dental cleaning when you attend for a dental examination as a new patient.

The fine print

Needless to say, there are a few simple terms and conditions.

• All appointments booked under the terms of this offer/promotion are to be scheduled and undertaken during normal practice opening hours on or before 30th April 2010.
• Appointments under this offer/promotion are subject to availability.
• Should the scheduled appointment be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or there be failure to attend, we reserve the right not to extend this offer/promotion to a rebooked appointment. A further appointment can be booked in accordance with the Practice’s normal booking procedures and fees.
• The complimentary cleaning will be offered for a single visit treatment only. Complex gum conditions that require more extensive treatment over multiple visits will be charged at the Practice’s normal rate.
• We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or end the promotion at any time without prior warning. Should this happen we will of course honour any appointments that were booked prior to the change or termination.
