ADP is Bermondsey Smile
We love Bermondsey, and it seems others agree! Bermondsey was voted the best place to live in London by Sunday Times in 2018. Featured as South London’s coolest quarter in Vogue’s annual Secret Address Book, Bermondsey Street gives you the vibrancy of its designer studios, local food producers, owner-managed businesses, lively local shops, community squares and distinctive local architecture.
Bermondsey is not just a location but a destination. When visiting us for your appointment, make a day of it and enjoy the charm of Bermondsey.
In 2019, as part of our 10 year celebrations, we launched #Bermondseysmile campaign.
We have been asking people living, working or visiting the area a simple question:
What makes you smile about Bermondsey?
You can see what the neighbourhood is saying on our Instagram page @bermondseysmile
Join us and make a day of Bermondsey!
Before or after your appointment at ADP, you can visit the Fashion & Textile Museum, White Cube art gallery and Peter Layton’s fantastic glass workshop for different exhibitions.
We are 10 minutes’ walk away from Borough Market, which is London’s oldest food market. It has occupied its present site for 250 years, and it has been voted Best Market in the capital several times.
Bermondsey Street has plenty to offer with cafes, gourmet pubs and many other well established local restaurants:
For lovers of Italian food, we have Grape & Flour, Bacala; Spanish food lovers will enjoy Pizzaro and the tapas bar Jose; British cuisine can be sampled at Garrison; for Turkish food, Lokma is a great place to stop for lunch or dinner; for French cuisine, we have Casse-Croute and Pique-Nique. On adjoining Snowfields Street there is Texas Joe’s for Southern US food or Trivet for English cuisine. Our local pubs Simon the Tanner, Woolpack, The Rose and Leather Exchange are not to be missed, either.
We even have a small local cinema with a cafe bar called Kino.
